Joanna Wróblewska is a visual artist and Expressive Arts practitioner, who creates unique artworks for interiors inspired by nature.

Through the arts, you can find your true voice and invite more beauty, light, and inner peace into daily life. Let me be your guide on the imaginative journey into the world of deep art-based experiences. The time is now.

My ultimate goal is to support you in finding your true voice using the arts. Currently, I focus on three interconnected ways of promoting the arts, and the beauty emerging through them, and healthy self-expression:

Creation of unique artworks transforming your interiors into comforting spaces.

Creation of unique artworks for interiors (high-quality photographs, original illustration, and handmade ceramic objects) transforming your interiors into meaningful, inspiring, and comforting spaces.

Intermodal Expressive Arts practice helping people to find their true voice.

Intermodal Expressive Arts practice encouraging personal development, nourishing mental self-care, healthy self-expression, aesthetic responsibility, and the felt sense of deep connectivity.

The practice of Yoga Nidra allowing people to discover their creative potential.

The practice of Yoga Nidra allowing people to deeply relax, reconnect with themselves, build more self-understanding, reach their unique creative potential, and find new ways of healthy self-expression.

In my practice, I combine expert artistic knowledge with openness, sensitivity, and compassion. Relationships with my clients are my priority. My work is deeply cross-cultural, interdisciplinary, and grounded in the connection with the body. I make generous use of traditional East Asian practices, guided imagery, and deep relaxation techniques. My focus lies in helping you to find your true voice using the arts.

Let me be your guide on the journey into the world of deep and meaningful art-based experiences!

Joanna Wróblewska, visual artist and Expressive Arts practitioner working with international students.

My vision of art-based learning crystalized over the years. Very early on during my undergraduate studies, I started running workshops using art-related methods. Eventually, I became a professional art educator designing and teaching courses for various age groups. In this way, I learned about the strengths and weaknesses of educational systems.

Working with students of various nationalities, forced me to ask questions about the nature and goals of education in general and art education in particular. This is why I decided to take my practice to the next level and study Expressive Arts Therapy.

My international experiences made me extremely sensitive to different aspects of migration, belonging, and identity. As an Expressive Arts practitioner, I believe that art-making inspires, connects, and transforms humans on multiple levels.

Art-making combined with deep relaxation encourages more grounding and flow. It has the power to bring us peace of mind and let our hearts speak in a compassionate language of love.

Dear Joanna, thank you so much for those wonderful two sessions of beautiful discovery! A few weeks have passed now and I’m still deeply inspired and grateful for our exchange, for how you have created a safe space for me and how you have guided the process with so much kindness and openness. My heart is full of joy when I look back at our sessions. A huge thank you!

Working on myself through sessions with Joanna opened up new perspectives and I feel much more confident to deal with external challenges. Thank you!

Working with Joanna has been a very special experience I will always treasure. In many ways, it has given me the freedom to explore art and movement in new ways in my life, and this is a tremendous gift to have been given. She holds space in a deeply respectful and empathetic way that allows you to feel safe enough to explore new territories in yourself and creative expression. If you ever have the opportunity to work with her, I would highly recommend it.

Prior to my session with Joanna, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was really blown away by what unfolded. I was feeling rather overwhelmed with everything I had to get done in my business and I wanted to move my energy out of my head. Joanna gently and skillfully guided me to explore how I could experience deep rest through a number of different embodied and creative activities. By the end of the session, I was able to feel a greater sense of calm in both my mind and body and I had also written a really beautiful poem! Joanna has a warm, caring and nurturing energy and I appreciated her ability to hold space and guide me through this new experience. I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Sessions with Joanna helped me to find new tools, more space and ways to connect with myself and to involve in a dialogue with difficult emotions in a safe space. The sessions were a brilliant combination of body movement, Yoga Nidra, visualization, art-making and discovering new meanings. They allowed me to find the joy of creation and the simple beauty of being with myself (…).
